Mechanical case changes, with a review step
Uppercase and lowercase use the browser’s locale-aware character conversion. Some characters change length when their case changes. The converter does not translate, rewrite, spell-check or infer what the author intended.
Title Case capitalizes the first letter after whitespace or a hyphen and lowercases the rest. It is a simple word-capitalization mode, not a specific editorial style such as APA, AP or Chicago. It will capitalize short words and can change branded capitalization or acronyms.
Sentence case lowercases the input and capitalizes the beginning and letters following a period, question mark or exclamation mark with whitespace. It does not recognize all abbreviations, proper nouns or multilingual sentence conventions. Keep the original, review the result and restore deliberate capitalization such as iPhone or NASA where appropriate.

Frequently asked questions
Is this tool free without daily usage limits?
Yes. Varento Tools has no signup, accounts, usage-count caps, paywalls or watermarks. Device memory, format support and browser restrictions can still limit technically demanding files.
Is Title Case an AP or APA title formatter?
No. It is simple capitalization of words, including words after hyphens. Apply editorial style rules yourself.
Will sentence case preserve names and acronyms?
No. It is a mechanical case change, so check proper names, brands and acronyms afterwards.
Can it change the wording?
No. It changes letter case and retains the rest of your text. Some Unicode case mappings can change character length.
Is my text stored?
The converter works in this tab and does not upload or save your text. The output remains visible until you change it or leave.
