How to make a PDF from JPG images

    1. Select JPG or JPEG images. Each selected image becomes one page.
    2. Arrange the images with the up/down buttons.
    3. Choose A4, Letter or image-sized pages, orientation and margins.
    4. Create the PDF, download it and review page order and layout.

Photo pages with explicit layout choices

This converter embeds JPEG image data into a new PDF rather than changing the source files. It is useful for grouping scans, receipts or photos into a single document. A4 and Letter pages fit the photo inside the selected margins without stretching it. Image-sized pages follow the image proportions.

The source JPEG is already lossy. Putting it in a PDF does not restore detail or make text searchable. This is not OCR: a scanned receipt remains an image. The tool does not deliberately recompress JPEG image data, although PDF packaging can make the total file larger than the original image bytes.

JPEG camera metadata can carry orientation information. Review the output when a source depends on that metadata, because PDF image embedding does not guarantee the same interpretation as a photo viewer. Remove private EXIF data with the dedicated metadata tool first if required; direct embedding is not a metadata-removal guarantee.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this tool free without daily usage limits?

Yes. Varento Tools has no signup, accounts, usage-count caps, paywalls or watermarks. Device memory, format support and browser restrictions can still limit technically demanding files.

    Can I combine several photos?

Yes. Every chosen image becomes one page, in the displayed file order.

    Will photos be stretched?

No. They are fitted within the page margins while preserving their pixel aspect ratio.

    Does it recognize scanned text?

No. The PDF contains images, not OCR-generated text.

    Are JPG and JPEG supported?

Yes. Both names refer to JPEG images. PNG files have a separate PNG to PDF tool.
