How to organize a PDF
- Choose one PDF to load page thumbnails.
- Use the move buttons to change the page order.
- Rotate pages or remove them; use Restore all to reset your changes.
- Save the organized PDF and check the new page order.
Reorder pages without turning them into pictures
Thumbnails are only previews. Export copies the selected PDF pages in their new order and applies your rotations; it does not rasterize every page. Source page numbers stay visible so you can track where a page came from.
You must keep at least one page. Restore all brings back removed pages and resets order and rotations before export. To combine separate documents first, use Merge PDF. To save individual pages in separate files, use Extract PDF Pages.
Copying pages into a new PDF can affect document-level features such as bookmarks, forms and digital signatures. Very large documents need memory for page previews. The original file remains unchanged, so keep it until the exported document has been reviewed.

Your input is handled in this browser tab. Selected files and entered text are not sent to Varento Tools by this tool. Some specialized libraries load only when needed. A browser with JavaScript and sufficient device memory is required. Read our local-processing explanation.

Is this tool free without daily usage limits?
Yes. Varento Tools has no signup, accounts, usage-count caps, paywalls or watermarks. Device memory, format support and browser restrictions can still limit technically demanding files.
Can I delete several pages?
Yes. Remove each unwanted page and save the pages that remain.
Can I undo a removal?
Restore all resets the entire selection, including removals, order and rotations.
Does this compress the document?
No compression target is applied. File size may change when the PDF structure is rebuilt.
Can I move a page without dragging?
Yes. Each thumbnail has labelled earlier and later buttons for mouse, touch or keyboard use.
