How to convert SVG to PNG

  1. Choose one or more self-contained SVG files.
  2. Set the output width in pixels. Each graphic keeps its own aspect ratio.
  3. Choose a transparent background or a solid colour.
  4. Convert and download individual PNGs or a ZIP of the batch.

Rasterize a vector graphic at the size you need

SVG describes shapes rather than a fixed grid of pixels. PNG stores a fixed pixel image. Choose a large enough output width for where the PNG will be displayed; enlarging it later cannot recreate the original vector detail.

For consistent local conversion, this tool accepts self-contained SVG graphics with a valid size or viewBox. Scripts, foreign content, CSS stylesheets and external resources are rejected. Use presentation attributes for colours and shapes, and convert text to paths if it depends on a special font.

The output keeps transparency unless you choose a background colour. Complex filters and unsupported SVG features may render differently across browsers. Animated SVG exports as a still image. Check the converted result before using it for a logo or print asset.

Is this tool free without daily usage limits?

Yes. Varento Tools has no signup, accounts, usage-count caps, paywalls or watermarks. Device memory, format support and browser restrictions can still limit technically demanding files.

Does the output keep transparency?

Yes, when Transparent is selected. Solid background combines the artwork with the chosen colour.

Can I convert a batch?

Yes. The chosen width is applied to each SVG and its own proportions determine the height.

Why was an SVG rejected?

The file may contain external references, scripts, embedded foreign content or CSS stylesheets. Export a self-contained SVG using presentation attributes.

Is the output still a vector?

No. The PNG is a raster image at the dimensions you select. Keep your SVG source.
